Join me in my training!
To kick start my challenge training I have planned a number of walks of varying mileage beginning mid October to coincide with my marathon training.
A gentle start of between 8-10 miles building up to a more challenging walk in the Malverns and the 26 mile Arden Way.
Everyone is welcome to join me and the team. Details of dates, routes etc can be found below. I will endeavour to keep to the proposed schedule but any cancellations or changes due to weather conditions will be posted on the website and Facebook page (Please note: there will be no cancellations for snowfall)
Decent footwear, preferably walking boots and warm clothing including waterproofs is advisable. The terrain can be muddy in areas.
Be prepared and bring enough food, snacks and drinks especially on the longer walks, we will stop for breaks on the longer walks.
